Stefan Manzer

Stefan Manzer studied Communications- and Media Technologies at the University of Applied Sciences in Jena. He completed these studies in 2006 with a diploma thesis in the field of "Electromagnetic Compatibility of Integrated Circuits". On top, he studied at the Technical University of Munich and graduated in 2008 with a master's thesis in the field of "Optical Signal Trransmission in 100 Gigabit Networks".

Mr. Manzer worked several years in a patent department of an international technology group. There, he gained experiences in innovation/patent management and licensing. He then joined a renowned Munich IP law firm to help supporting their clients as junior partner in the technical fields of signal processing, RF-technologies, circuit design, lighting technologies and mobile communications techniques and supported in patent litigation

Stefan Manzer entered the profession in 2006 and has advanced experiences in drafting/prosecuting of patent applications, in opposition-, nullity and infringement proceedings. He is your contact for questions regarding the German Employee Invention law.

As a German and European patent attorney, he represents national and international clients before the European Patent Office, the German Patent and Trademark Office, the Federal Patent Court and the Unified Patent Court. He is a member of GRUR, VPP and FICPI.
