Ter Meer Steinmeister & Partner

Moritz Herbrich studied chemical engineering / process engineering at the Technical University of Munich and UC Berkeley. During his PhD studies at the Technical University of Munich he developed a measurement setup for determination of gases in water of a geothermal power plant.

A focus of his work is drafting and prosecution of patent applications. He has experience in opposition and nullity proceedings, and litigation, including complex multi-national cases.

Moritz Herbrich has been working in the field of intellectual property since 2013, is a German and European patent attorney, and joined the team at ter Meer Steinmeister & Partner in 2020.
