Fabien Müller
Fabien Müller holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Aerospace Engineering from the Technical University of Munich. In addition, he pursued business studies at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich (Dipl.-Kfm., cand.).He worked for several years at leading Tier 1 patent law firms before heading the patent department at Lilium, a pioneer in electric aviation, where he played a key role in shaping the company's IP strategy.
Qualified as a German Patent Attorney and European Patent Attorney since 2018, and registered as a Representative before the Unified Patent Court (UPC) since 2023.
His professional experience includes patent and utility model prosecution, opposition and nullity proceedings, patent infringement litigation, IP strategy consulting, employee invention law, and IP due diligence — with a particular focus on aerospace, electric mobility, and software-related inventions
