Matthias Duda studied electrical engineering with a focus on electronics and communications technology at the Technical University of Munich and the Ecole Centrale Paris.

Mr. Duda has worked in intellectual property since 2015 and joined the team at ter Meer Steinmeister & Partner in 2016. As patent attorney, he represents national and international clients before the European Patent Office, the German Patent and Trademark Office, the Federal Patent Court and the Unified Patent Court.

Matthias Duda specialises in electrical engineering, electronics, semiconductor technology, information technology and telecommunications technology. His main practice areas are patent prosecution, opposition and appeal proceedings as well as patent litigation.

Mr. Duda is fluent in German, English and French.
