Ter Meer Steinmeister & Partner

Dr. Martin Ruminy studied physics in Augsburg, Madrid and Zurich and received his PhD from ETH Zurich in 2016 following contributions in the field of Frustrated Magnetism at the Paul Scherrer Institute.

After a role as Data Scientist at an industrial company in the automotive environment, Dr. Ruminy has been working in the field of intellectual property since 2020.

His practice includes all matters of intellectual property, in particular patents and utility models, as well as related counseling. One focus is the preparation of patent applications, in particular for computer-implemented inventions. Dr. Ruminy furthermore has experience in patent granting proceedings, opposition proceedings, nullity proceedings and infringement proceedings.

Dr. Ruminy has joined the team of ter Meer, Steinmeister & Partner 2023.
