Anita Widmann studied technical physics with a focus on communications engineering at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) and graduated as a physicist (Dipl. Phys.) in 2003.

Since 2004, Ms. Widmann has been working as a patent engineer and patent manager in the field of intellectual property.

From 2008 to 2012, Ms. Widmann was employed as a patent manager and inventor consultant at TUM and has knowledge of employee invention law for university inventors as well as experience with research and development (R&D) contracts and university cooperation agreements.

Ms. Widmann joined Ter Meer in 2022 as a technical expert and supports our attorneys in the granting procedure by drafting new applications and responding to office actions in the fields of circuit technology, communications technology, and communication protocols.
